How to create, configure, and send a product catalog?
A product catalog allows you to showcase your physical items, such as prints, albums, accessories, or options to add to a session. It can be used either to offer products as a complement to a service catalog or to create an independent online store.
You can share it via its public link or send it directly from a session record, so the order is automatically associated.
Create and configure
You can manage your catalogs in Modules > Catalogs.
To create a new product catalog, click the + Add
button and choose product/options catalog.
Add categories
To create a product catalog, you need to organize your items into categories, for example options like extra time or makeup, and prints like albums or photo prints. This organization helps your clients navigate the catalog easily and quickly find the products or options to add to their order.

- Enter a name for the category and add the products that belong in it
- By clicking on each category, you will see the associated pricing. You can reorder via drag & drop or delete prices if you don’t want them visible.
Send the product catalog to an existing client or create an online store
- A product catalog can be added to a session catalog or directly to each price of the sessions in the catalog, so the client can add products or options to their selection. See: How to create, configure, and send a service catalogue
- A product catalog can be sent to your client from the session record. In the “Quotes & Invoices” tab, select the catalog you want to send, then click
Send
. The email template will appear, which you can customize before sending.
- You can also share a product/options catalog via its link. This catalog can be sent on its own as an online store.
