How to create days off and block your calendar?

You want to take a few days off or block a period in your calendar?


Fotostudio allows you to create days off at three levels, depending on your needs.


Calendar vacation days


Vacation days created from the calendar are the most comprehensive.


They block:

  • all online booking schedules
  • mini-sessions


Good to know: these vacation days appear directly in your calendar, which allows you to easily visualize your vacation periods.


How to do it?


  1. Go to Calendar.
  2. Click on Add > Days off.
  3. Enter the start date and end date.
  4. Add a note if you wish to quickly identify the reason for the vacation.
  5. Click Save.



Online booking days off


If you want to block only online bookings, you can create days off directly from this module.


How to do it?


  1. Go to Modules > Online bookings.
  2. Scroll down to the Days off section.
  3. Add your day(s) off.




Good to know: if you've already created days off in the calendar, they will automatically appear in this list.


Booking schedule days off


If you want to block a single booking schedule, you can add vacation days directly in it.


How to do it?


  1. Go to Modules > Online bookings.
  2. Click Edit on the relevant schedule.
  3. Scroll to the Days off section.
  4. Click Add.
  5. Enter the desired information then save.
