Setting Up Physical or Digital Products included in a Gallery

You can include digital (downloadable photos) or physical products in your clients’ galleries, depending on the package they’ve chosen. This allows clients to select and order their files or prints without additional charges.


Adding Included Digital Photos


In the Products tab of the gallery, you’ll find the option: “Digital product included for the customer”

  • Select the digital product you want to include in the gallery.
  • Specify the number of digital photos included.
  • You can also include all gallery photos by checking the appropriate option.
  • Remember to save your configuration once complete.


Adding Included Physical Products

In the Productstab, you’ll find the option: “Physical product included for the client.”

  • Choose one or more physical products to include in the gallery.
  • Indicate the quantity for each included product.

Digital Product Included for Guests


This option allows guests to download photos without extra fees.

  • For this to work, all photos must be included for the primary client (the gallery contact).
  • Guests can then download the same digital files as the client—or different ones (e.g., the client gets HD photos, while guests only access low-resolution versions).



This option lets you set a flat fee for the whole gallery instead of charging per photo.

  • The total price applies to all photos.
  • If the client buys the complete gallery, they pay this single amount.
  • This configured price overrides any bulk pricing set in the digital product.


Digital Product Required for Physical Purchase


Here, buying a physical product (e.g., a printed photo) requires purchasing the corresponding digital product.

  • The client must first add the digital photo to their cart before buying the print.
  • If they select a photo for printing but haven’t bought the digital version, the system automatically adds the digital photo to their cart.
  • They must pay for the digital version before finalizing the print purchase.




When the client accesses their gallery:

  • They see a gift icon (🎁) indicating included products.
  • They can select digital photos to include in their package and/or physical products.


If the client picks a photo outside their digital selection and the “Digital product required” option is enabled, Fotostudio automatically adds the paid digital version to their cart.




After checkout:

  • Your customer can immediately download included digital files if the gallery is in “Ready for Sale” mode.
  • Additional files become available after payment.
  • If they ordered a print without an included digital file, they must pay for the digital version before downloading.




Set up included products in a gallery template for each package you offer.

  • Create custom templates for different session types.
  • Tailor the client experience with digital or physical products.
