Gallery Customization Settings

Access your account settings via the logo/avatar at the bottom left -> Settings

1. My Activity

Business

In the gallery settings, you can customize several details related to your business:

• Business name
• Custom URL: The URL of your galleries will be updated according to your business name.
• Logo and primary color
• Custom SMS: If you use the CRM, you can set up sending personalized SMS.

Orders

When using Fotostudio products to manage orders, you can choose where you want to receive them:

Indicate whether you want the products delivered to you or sent directly to your client's address.

2. Email Settings

You can choose to use the generic email no_reply@fotostudio.io, but we recommend using your own email server for better personalization and management. If you have a Google account, you can connect it to your Fotostudio account for sending emails.

3. Payment Settings

Online Payments

Fotostudio allows you to set up online payments via two popular solutions:

• Molly
• Stripe

Once these methods are configured, your clients can pay directly online through the galleries.

Offline Payments

If you prefer to offer your clients the option to pay offline, you can configure payment methods such as:

• Bank transfer
• Cash
• Check

You can also disable these methods if you do not wish to offer them.

4. Appearance

You can choose from several color styles:

• Original
• Gradient
• Pastel
