Configure the welcome message

Customize the Welcome Message for Galleries

You can configure a welcome message that appears first when your client opens their photo gallery. This is a great way to explain how the gallery works, guide them to important actions (selection, download, ordering…), or simply add a personal touch to the experience.

To do this, open an existing gallery and click on the Communication tab (4th position in the top bar).

• Enable the display of the welcome message
• Click + Add a Step to create a new card
• Use the 🗑️ icon to delete a card
• Drag and drop cards to reorder their appearance

Each card can contain text, images, or links.

Two ready-to-use templates are available via the Message Suggestions button at the top right:

• Quick Guide: a single card to briefly introduce the gallery
• Full Guide: multiple cards to explain all available features in more detail (download, favorites, cart, etc.)

You can edit these templates to match your style and needs.

The welcome message appears automatically on the first visit to the gallery when scrolling through photos. It does not show on subsequent visits.

To review the welcome message, go to the User tab at the top right and click View Photographer’s Message.
