# Customize your email signature

In Fotostudio, you can add a personalized signature to all emails automatically sent to your clients.  
It’s a simple way to assert your identity and make every communication more professional.  

💡 The signature is automatically added at the end of all emails sent by Fotostudio.  

## Where to edit the signature?  

Go to [My Account > Customization](https://www.fotostudio.io/app/companies/customization), **Email** tab.

You can choose one of the suggested templates, which will automatically display the information you defined (phone, email, website, Instagram).  
You can also create your own custom template for a unique signature.
