# How to add an image rights questionnaire to my contract?

You have the option to use a questionnaire to request image rights from your clients.

# Create the questionnaire

You can create your questionnaire in [Settings > Data > Survey Templates](https://www.fotostudio.io/app/surveys).

You can ask questions like:
* Can I publish your photos on Facebook?
* On Instagram?
* Tag you?
* Publish photos of children?
* etc.

# Link the questionnaire to a contract

In [Settings > Data > Contract & Terms and Conditions Templates](https://www.fotostudio.io/app/contract_templates), when you create or modify a contract, you'll find a field _"Associated questionnaire"_. You simply choose your image rights questionnaire.

# How it works

When you send this contract to a client, the image rights questionnaire will be displayed first, then the contract. The questionnaire's responses will be displayed at the end of the contract just before the signature box.
