How to apply a change in a workflow to all associated shoots?
A workflow is independent of the shoots. When you apply it to a shoot, all tasks are copied into this shoot.
So if you modify a workflow, the changes will not be automatically reflected in your existing shoots that use this workflow.
To apply your changes, you need to go to Settings > Modules > Workflows and then click on the View shoots that use this workflow button (camera icon 📷) on the line of the workflow you wish to reapply.
-
On the new page, you can select all your shoots associated with this workflow, in the list at the bottom of the page choose "Overwrite workflow (all tasks will be replaced)" then click on Apply. Your changes will thus be applied to all the selected shoots.
On this page, you also have the possibility to delete a workflow on several of your shoots.
