How to ask my client to choose their rate?
To start, check in Settings > Data > Pricing and Billing that you have created rates associated with your type of shooting, including at least one rate of type "Session Fee / Package".
Next, create a shooting in your Fotostudio interface and associate it with a contact. You can then consult the file of this shooting and go to the "Quotes and Invoices" tab.
You will find the option "Ask the client to choose".
By selecting it, a window opens with the rate choice email template and a specific link. Once the email is sent to the client, they will be able to access their rate choice interface via this link and choose the rates they are interested in (package and options).
Once the choice is made, Fotostudio will then know the content and the amount of the shooting.
If you have a contract in your shooting, the contact will be directed to it immediately after their rate choice.
