How to automatically cancel an online booking if the client doesn't sign the contract or pay the invoice?
In the settings of your online bookings, you have options allowing you to automatically cancel incomplete bookings.
These options can be found in Settings > Modules > Online Booking, then click on the Settings button.
The option "Automatically release incomplete bookings after 15 minutes" allows canceling a booking if the client doesn't sign the contract within 15 minutes.
The option "Automatically release unpaid bookings after 15 minutes" allows canceling a booking if the client doesn't pay the invoice online within 15 minutes.
If you activate this option, make sure to enable online payment on your account. More information in the Online Payments section.
