How to cancel a workflow?
Once a workflow is applied to a shoot, you have 3 ways to cancel it:
If your shoot is suspended or postponed, you can simply modify your shoot and delete the date (via the Edit button at the bottom of the left column of the shoot file). When you set a new date later, your workflow will be rescheduled.
If your shoot is canceled, you can assign it the status "Canceled". This action will also trigger the deletion of all tasks associated with this shoot.
In the "Tasks" tab of your shoot file, you have a "Delete all tasks" button at the bottom right.
