How to charge the full amount at booking?
In the context of mini sessions, for example, you may want to ask the client to pay the full amount of the service at the time of booking.
To do this, simply create a new payment plan in Settings > Modules > Payment Plans and configure it as follows:
Give the payment plan a name (for your reference).
Keep the deposit invoice. Request 100% of the shooting amount. You can modify the title of the invoice and the payment deadline if you wish. Remember to keep the option " Create automatically when contract signed" enabled so that the invoice is generated automatically after the client signs the contract, without any action required from you.
Delete invoice 1.
Save.
You can now use this payment plan for a specific type of shooting or a particular shoot. For more information, see the article What is a payment plan and how to set it up?.
If you leave only a deposit invoice requesting 100% of the shooting amount in your payment plan, the term "Deposit" will not appear on your invoice.
