If you have multiple activities under the same business, you can easily manage them in Fotostudio thanks to visual identities.

Setting up the Main Identity

The information for your main identity is configured in Settings > My Account > My Profile and Settings > My Account > My Business.

If you have only one activity/identity (one name, logo, website, etc.), you do not need to create a second identity.

Creating a Secondary Visual Identity

In Settings > My Account > My Business > Manage your visual identities, you can create the different identities you own (except for the main identity which is already configured as seen previously).

You can choose a name, a logo, a primary color, a website, an email address, and an email signature.

Using a Visual Identity

You can apply a default visual identity to your types of shooting by modifying them in Settings > Data > Types of Shooting.

You can also choose the identity to use for each contact/shooting in their file.

Where is the Selected Visual Identity Visible?

The visual identity selected for a contact will appear on their quotes, invoices, and on their client interface.
