How to configure shipping fees?
You can set specific rates based on the delivery country and product weight range, with more granular control over the shipping costs associated with your suppliers. You can determine differentiated rates based on international destinations or individual countries to accurately reflect the actual delivery costs for each location.
You can access the shipping fee configuration for each supplier on the "Contacts" page using the following button:
You now have the choice between 2 options: fixed price or shipping zones:
This option allows you to set an "arbitrary" price that will apply regardless of the quantity or product ordered.
This option allows you to set a rate based on a zone comprising multiple countries and a weight range. To benefit from this option, make sure to define a unit weight in your product configuration.
In your account settings, it is possible to define initial delivery to you rather than directly to your customers. This option allows you to check the content and quality of the products before delivery to your customer, which will then be your responsibility. With shipping zones, you can now reflect the costs of these double shipments more accurately, allowing you to bill your customers more fairly compared to the "fixed price" option.
