How to create a new user for my account? What roles are available?

To create a new user on your account, go to Settings > Pro > Multi-users and then click on the Add button.

You will be prompted to enter information about the user, including choosing the role for them. The user will then receive an email with their automatically generated password.

Here are the different roles available:

Photographer


You can create a user account for another photographer.

Photographer user

Assistant


You can create a user account for your assistant.

You can manage the rights of this role with these two settings that you can activate or not:
Block access to the accounting menu
Block access to the settings menu

Assistant user

Accountant


By creating access for your accountant, they will be able to access the entire Accounting menu (dashboard, invoices, payments, expenses, credits / credit notes).

They will have the ability to view and download these accounting data.
