You want to share a questionnaire without linking it to a client or a shoot?

It's possible with Fotostudio 😊

Create a public questionnaire

Go to Data Templates > Questionnaires.
Click on Create a questionnaire.
Add your questions.
Save your questionnaire.
Share the public link of the questionnaire.

You can share this link by email, on your website, in a newsletter or on social media.

Please note, a public questionnaire is not linked to any client or any shoot. Responses are therefore anonymous by default (useful for a satisfaction survey for example).

However, if you want to know who answered the questionnaire, remember to add questions such as:

first and last name
email address

Without this information, you won't be able to contact the participants again.

View responses

Go to Data Templates > Questionnaires.
Click on Actions > Submissions next to the relevant questionnaire.

You'll then find all the responses received.

Good to know: responses to a public questionnaire will never appear in a client or shoot record, even if participants have entered their name in the questionnaire. To do this, create your questionnaire directly from the relevant record.
