When you create a shoot, you can set a date. But you can also leave the shoot without a date and ask the client to choose from time slots that you have previously defined.

How does it work?

1. First, you must create availability slots in your online bookings for the type of shoot related to this project. To learn more, see the "Online Bookings" category.

2. In the details page of your undated shoot, you will find a Ask the client to choose the date button at the bottom of the left column. By clicking it, an email template for date selection will appear and include a unique link. Simply send the email, and the client will be able to choose the time slot that suits them by accessing this link.

Common errors

The Ask the client to choose the date button does not appear if:

• You have already set a date in the shoot details. You can remove the date using the Edit button located at the bottom of the left column of the shoot.
• You do not have any available slots for the related shoot type in your online bookings. For example: if your shoot type is "Pregnancy", you must have available "Pregnancy" time slots.
