Fotostudio allows you to create catalogs for your services and products.

You can manage your catalogs in Settings > Modules > Catalogs.

Create a catalog and display your rates

1. In Settings > Modules > Catalogs, click on the New catalog button.

2. Enter a name and select the type "Service Catalog".

3. Click on the Add shooting types button and select the types of shootings you wish to display in your catalog then Add.

4. By clicking on each of your shooting types, you will see the associated rates. You can move them by drag&drop or delete them if you do not wish to make them visible.

Associate a product catalog

Associating a product catalog with a service catalog allows you to redirect your clients to your products once they have selected their service. To do this, you must have created at least one product catalog.

You have several options:

• Associate it with the entire catalog via the "Associated product catalog" list on the right
• Associate it with a type of shooting in the catalog via the "Edit" button (pencil ✏️ icon) on a type of shooting
• Associate it with a rate in the catalog via the "Edit" button (pencil ✏️ icon) on a rate

Associate a contact form

You can associate a previously created contact form in Settings > Modules > Contact Forms with your service catalog via the "Associated form" list on the right.

Thus, if you share the catalog via its link outside of a contact file, the client will be able to choose their service, potentially their products if you have associated a product catalog, and then be redirected to the contact form to leave their details.

Send

• A service catalog can be sent to your client outside of a shoot, directly in the contact file. In the left column, you will find the "Catalog" list. Just select the service catalog you wish to send, then click on Send. The email template for sending catalogs appears, which you can customize and then send.

• You can also share a service catalog via its link. For this, in the catalog editing page, you can click on the View button then copy the URL of the opened page.

In both cases, a shooting file will be created with a selected rate or a quote inside (depending on whether the client has selected one or several rates).

Product Catalog

1. In Settings > Modules > Catalogs, click on the New catalog button.

2. Enter a name and select the type "Product Catalog".

3. Click on the Add a category button, name this category, and select the products/options you want to display in this category of the catalog then Add.

4. By clicking on each of your categories, you will see the associated products. You can move them by drag&drop or delete them if you do not wish to make them visible.

Send

• A product catalog can be sent to your client in the shooting file. In the "Quotes and Invoices" tab, just select the product catalog you wish to send, then click on Send. The catalog sending email template appears, which you can customize and then send.

• You can also share a product catalog via its link. To do this, on the catalog editing page, you can click on the View button then copy the URL of the opened page. Currently, it is not possible for the client to place an order via this link.
