Working Modes

Retouch Mode:

The photos available in the gallery have not yet been edited. Your client must first choose the photos you will edit. Only edited photos can be downloaded or ordered.

Retouch management tab

The operation is as follows:

Select the "Retouch" working mode.
Select the number of included photos for the client and add a catalog containing at least one digital file product.
Upload the unedited photos and send the gallery to the client.
The client selects the desired photos (via included photo count and/or purchase of digital photos) and places an order. You receive an email notification.
The selected photos appear in the "To retouch" section of the "Retouch" management tab.
You edit the photos, then upload them using the Upload retouched photos button.
In the "Retouched" section, you validate the edits with the Approve button.
In the "Approved" section, you can notify the client that their photos are ready with the Send button. The client receives an email notifying them that the photos are ready and can download them via the included link.

Ready for Sale Mode:

The photos available in the gallery are ready for sale. Your client can directly download them or place orders.

Default Gallery Settings

You can set certain default parameters for your galleries in Galleries > Gallery Settings.

You can choose the default working mode as well as automatic actions and activation of the "Shop" page (see the article Configure the shop page).
