How to create pricing?
Entering your different rates in Fotostudio will save you precious time later on, for sending price offers to your clients, creating quotes, and invoices. Also, if you ask the client to choose a rate, via bookings or gift vouchers, you will need to have entered your rates.
The menu Settings > Data > Pricing and Billing allows you to create and manage your different prices.
There are two types of rates:
session fees / packages
products / options
Click on the New price button to create a rate and complete the different fields. A rate can be associated with one or more types of shooting. This rate will then be usable only for the selected types of shootings.
