How to customize invoice / quote appearance?

Change invoice themes

You can't change the layout of the invoice, but you can customize the background. You can either choose a predefined theme or create your own. To do so, you'll need a JPG image sized 784px * 1124px, which will be used as the background for your invoices.

To create your own theme, go to Documents > Settings > Theme of estimates and invoices or Accounting > Settings > Theme of estimates and invoices

Display previous invoices

By default, when you issue multiple invoices for a client, the list of previous invoices appears at the bottom of the latest invoice (on the PDF and on the client interface).

You can disable this option "Show related invoices" in Documents > Settings > Invoicing (in the right-hand column).
