Change invoice themes

You can't change the layout of the invoice, but you can customize the background. Either by choosing a predefined theme or by creating your own. For this, you'll need a JPG image in 784px * 1124px which will serve as the background image for your invoices.

To create your theme, go to Settings > My Account > My Activity, then in the section "Estimates & Invoices".

Display previous invoices

By default, when you issue multiple invoices for a client, the list of previous invoices appears at the bottom of the latest invoice (on the PDF and on the client interface).



You have the option to disable this "Display associated invoices" option in Settings > Data > Pricing and Billing (at the bottom of the right column).
