# How to customize invoice / quote appearance?


# Change invoice themes

You can't change the layout of the invoice, but you can customize the background. You can either choose a predefined theme or create your own. To do so, you'll need a JPG image sized 784px * 1124px, which will be used as the background for your invoices.

To create your own theme, go to [Documents > Settings > Theme of estimates and invoices](https://www.fotostudio.io/app/invoices/theme) or [Accounting > Settings > Theme of estimates and invoices](https://www.fotostudio.io/app/invoices/theme)

# Display previous invoices

By default, when you issue multiple invoices for a client, the list of previous invoices appears at the bottom of the latest invoice (on the PDF and on the client interface).

You can disable this option "Show related invoices" in [Documents > Settings > Invoicing](https://www.fotostudio.io/app/documents/invoices/settings) (in the right-hand column).
