How to Customize the Gift Voucher Design
You can create a fully customized gift voucher tailored to your colors, style, and brand identity.
Create one or more templates via Settings > Modules > Gift Vouchers > Settings > Gift Voucher Templates. You can add a new template by clicking the + Add button.
Give your template a name and upload a visual design (from Canva/Photoshop/etc.)
Insert dynamic variables: recipient’s first name, validity date, amount, etc.
You can also insert images (such as your logo).
You can also insert a QR code linking to your website, Instagram, contact form, or online booking page.
Customize the style: fonts, colors, background, alignment... everything is editable.
PDF Preview: Check the final rendering before linking the voucher to a session type.
You can create several templates and link them to different types of sessions. When editing a template, you’ll find the option "Photo service types" where you can decide which session the voucher will apply to.
💡 You can also use a template for vouchers with a "custom amount" that are not directly linked to a specific session.
Each session type can only be linked to one template. If it’s already associated, you won’t be able to select it again. However, you can assign multiple sessions to the same template.
Without customization, the gift voucher visual automatically generated by Fotostudio will include your logo, primary color, personalized message, and other practical information (chosen package name, voucher number, validity date, etc.).
