# How to schedule the sending of a questionnaire?

In your workflow, click on the `Add > Automatic email` button. In the _"Action"_ field, choose the sending of the questionnaire of your choice.

The Fotostudio questionnaire sending email template appears, you can customize it and it will be saved for this workflow.
