You want to allow your clients to book an appointment online (viewing, discovery meeting, wedding preparation, phone interview...)?
It's possible with Fotostudio's appointment schedulers.

This module allows your clients to choose an available slot for an appointment, enter their personal information and confirm their booking.

1. Create your appointment scheduler

Go to Modules > Online bookings then click on Add.
Then select Appointment scheduler.

Scheduler setup

You'll find practically the same settings as for a session scheduler.
You can notably define:

Name: you can give your scheduler a name to easily identify it.

Appointment duration: you can choose the duration of the appointment offered to your clients.

Recurrence: you can choose if this scheduler repeats every week or every two weeks.

Break between bookings: you can define the time interval to leave between two appointments.

Offer slots every: you can define how frequently slots will be offered to your clients. (If, for example, availability is from 9am to 12pm and this field is set to "30 minutes", clients can choose a slot at 9am, 9:30am or 10am, etc., depending on the session duration.)

Booking deadline: you can define how long before the appointment your clients can book.

Maximum booking date: you can define how far in advance you want to open your appointment calendar.

Maximize the number of bookings on the same day: if you check this box, not all slots will be offered to your clients. The goal is to group bookings on the same day to optimize your schedule.

Limit the number of appointments per day: if you check this box, you can define a maximum number of appointments per day. Once this limit is reached, other slots for that day will no longer be available for booking.

Active: if you check this box, you can decide to quickly activate or deactivate the appointment scheduler.

2. Define your availability

You can define your availability for each day of the week.
You can add multiple time slots during the day: for example, 9am-12pm then 2pm-6:30pm.

How to add an exceptional availability slot

Add exceptions for specific dates (that differ from your usual schedule) where you would be available and want to offer slots for online booking. This is done just below the recurring availability.

Days off

You can also block entire days by adding days off.

• by adding a day off directly in a scheduler, it will only block the day off for that scheduler.
• by adding a day off in the general bookings page, it will block the concerned day on all schedulers.

3. Settings

With the Settings button, you can define your booking link URL as well as the option to automatically release incomplete or unpaid bookings after 15 minutes.

4. Invite your clients to book

On the module's main page, you can get your booking link. You can choose a booking link for all your schedulers (appointments and photo sessions), or just for a specific scheduler. Then click on View to check your scheduler and on copy URL to share this link with your clients.
