Just signed up for Fotostudio and feeling a bit lost? Here are some tips to get you started.

# Follow the Start Guide & Tutorial

We provide you with [a start guide ](https://help.fotostudio.io/en/article/crm-getting-started-guide-vi8f17/)containing the key initial steps to set up your account.

At the top of your Fotostudio account, you will find a **getting started tutorial** (rocket icon 🚀) that will help you discover the platform. By completing all the steps, you will earn an extra month of trial!

# The Help Center & Support

**Our help center** has many answers to your various questions. You can conduct a keyword search to easily find an article that matches your query.

# Attend a Demo

A few days after you register, you will receive an email** inviting you to join a free demo to discover how Fotostudio works**. Several time slots are available each week.

# Coaching Session

If you still have difficulties, unanswered questions, or want to move faster, we offer personalized support packages of 2 or 4 hours via video call with a team member. You can book your package at the bottom of the [My Subscription](https://www.fotostudio.io/app/subscriptions) page, found in your account options with the icon at the bottom left, or from Settings > My Account > My Subscription on the old interface.
