How to synchronize my Google calendar with Fotostudio?
The first thing to check is that your Google account is linked to your Fotostudio account. To do this, go to Settings > My account > My Google account.
You can choose to enable the synchronization of your photo sessions, appointments, and tasks with your Google calendar. This means that whenever you create a session in Fotostudio, it will be automatically synchronized with your Google calendar.
Not everything will be synchronized with your main Google calendar. Fotostudio will create a calendar named "fotostudio" in your Google account. You can choose to display it or not, and nothing will be mixed with your main calendar.
The synchronization can be bidirectional. To enable it, please select "Yes, apply changes made to this Google calendar to Fotostudio" in the Google account setup popup. This way, if you modify a Fotostudio event from your Google calendar, this modification will be automatically synchronized in Fotostudio.
Events added to the Google calendar will be added as private appointments in Fotostudio.
Changes to the date and time of shoots and appointments will be applied in Fotostudio.
Deleting shoots in the Google calendar will result in the cancellation of the shoots in Fotostudio.
Deleting appointments in the Google calendar will result in the deletion in Fotostudio.
Note: The bidirectional synchronization process runs once an hour. Therefore, you will have to wait up to an hour (max) to see the changes.
You can also easily import another Google calendar into Fotostudio by enabling the option. In the search field, the active calendars on the Google account will be proposed.
Once an hour, the selected Google calendars will be imported into Fotostudio.
Events added to the Google calendar will be added as private appointments in Fotostudio.
Changes to the date and time of appointments will be applied in Fotostudio.
Deleting appointments in the Google calendar will result in the deletion in Fotostudio.
All events in your Google calendar will appear in black in your calendar. You can then "transform" these events into shoots if you wish by clicking on each event and completing the necessary information (type of shoot, client, etc.).
