How do I export my contacts from Fotostudio?

Export contacts from Fotostudio

If you want to retrieve all the contacts in your Fotostudio account, you can do it from the Contacts menu.

Go to the Contacts page, click the ⋮ menu at the top right, then click Export.

Select the contacts to export

In the Contact type list, choose which contacts to export:

• All
• Favourites
• Clients
• Prospects
• Providers
• Partners
• Archived

Or, in the Tag list, only the contacts with a given tag.

Once you click Export, the file is prepared in the background: you'll receive the download link by email within a few minutes. The file contains all your clients' contact details in CSV format, which opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets.

The link stays valid for 15 days. If it has expired, just run the export again from the contact list.
