Scenario 1: classic loyal customer
Marie books a 75€ portrait session through your website.
- She pays the 75€ → she automatically receives 75 points (payment-based points).
- You complete the session and mark it as validated → she receives 50 additional points for the portrait session.
- Marie now has 125 points.
- The reward you set for 100 points is automatically triggered.
- Marie receives an email announcing her reward (e.g., a 10€ promo code).
- She can use this code for her next booking.
This scenario shows how a regular customer can accumulate points with no extra action from you, while being rewarded automatically.
Scenario 2: successful referral
