Using gallery presets/templates

Templates allow you to configure more than 80% of a gallery's settings at once, so you can reuse them later when creating new galleries, applying the previously defined settings.

1. Template Creation Form

The first step is to add a new template using the “Add” button located in the top-right corner.

In this form, you will find several settings:

  • Template name: to identify templates more easily
  • Access type: to create a public gallery or one protected by an access code
  • Gallery language
  • Email collection: do visitors need to provide their email address to access the gallery?
  • Working mode: ready for sale or retouch
  • Catalog used for the shop and digital file downloads
  • Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy: documents that must be accepted when placing an order

2. The Core of Templates

Next comes the configuration of the different elements that make up a gallery.

Here, you can configure:

  • the theme applied to your galleries
  • the cover style (excluding the photo)
  • the appearance of the photos
  • the watermark to use
  • the welcome message
  • the included products
  • extras: Spotify music and/or video

You can also save time by creating a template directly from an already configured gallery.

From an existing gallery, simply choose the option to save its settings as a template: click on the three dots in the top-right corner > Create a reusable template.

This allows you to instantly reuse the entire configuration (appearance, watermark, message, products, options, etc.) for your future galleries, without having to recreate everything manually.
