What's the point of configuring your lead sources?


Configuring your lead sources in your CRM allows you to identify the most effective channels (social media, email, trade shows, etc.) to optimize your marketing investments and personalize your approach based on their origin.


It's also a key tool to measure the ROI of your actions and adapt your strategy in real-time by targeting what really converts.

In the Contact Form menu, you can create or edit a contact form that contains a Source field and decide whether your lead must fill it in or not:


To do this, click on Add a field, then fill in the label, and choose the field type "Source"

Configuring possible lead sources


Fotostudio offers a list of default source types.


You can modify this list to add sources you want to track. To do this, go to the menu Contact > Settings > Source:


This way, you can add, edit or delete the sources of your choice.
