Automatic sorting of photos by filename
To help you organize your gallery more easily, you can automatically group your photos into folders based on their file names.
You can also create private access for each folder — no manual action required.
🔁 Feature: Automatically group photos
How it works:
The system analyzes the name of each photo file, detects common prefixes, and creates a folder for each identified group. Photos are then moved into their respective folders.
Example:
If your files are named:
Ceremony-001.jpg
Ceremony-002.jpg
Cocktail-001.jpg
Cocktail-002.jpg
You’ll automatically get two folders:
- Ceremony → containing all photos starting with “Ceremony-”
- Cocktail → containing all photos starting with “Cocktail-”
🔒 Option: Create a group for each folder
You can enable an option to automatically generate a private access code for each created folder.
What it does:
- An access group is created for each folder.
- Each group can only see the photos in its own folder.
- You can find all access codes in the Access → Groups tab of the gallery.
