Shop: configure catalogs

A catalog is a set of products that you can associate with one or more galleries. Once created, it can be reused as many times as needed. You can create a catalog with all your products or create specific catalogs for particular offers—for example, a special wedding catalog, another for Christmas, or one for your mini-sessions.


Creating a New Catalog


  1. Go to Shop > Catalogs
  2. Click +ADD
  3. Give your catalog a name (e.g., Wedding, Christmas, Mini-sessions…)
  4. Specify your VAT rate


Adding Products


The ADD PRODUCT button opens a window listing all available products. A search bar at the top of this window lets you filter and quickly find the desired product.

You can also add a product to a catalog directly from its configuration page by clicking the ADD TO CATALOG button. This action opens a window showing all existing catalogs. You can then add the product to one or multiple catalogs at the same time.

You can associate a catalog with a gallery in two ways: either when creating the gallery or at any time from the gallery’s Products tab. In both cases, simply select the desired catalog from the list. All products in this catalog will then be available for sale in the gallery. You can switch catalogs at any time if needed.
