1. Connection between the CRM and the Galleries

The galleries of Fotostudio are directly connected to the CRM, which means that all information related to your photo sessions and clients is shared between the two platforms. This allows you to create a gallery with one click from a shooting recorded in the CRM. Here is the information that will be automatically integrated into your gallery :

• Client data: Main information about the client.
• Shooting details: Date, location, etc.

Switching from the CRM to the Galleries and vice versa

To easily switch between the CRM and the galleries, use the button at the bottom of the interface that will allow you to navigate between the two tools.

Create and customize a gallery on Fotostudio

Creating a gallery in Fotostudio is simple and allows you to offer a tailored experience to your clients. In just a few clicks, you can customize the appearance, add your products, and manage the ordering process according to your preferences.

🔐 Account customization

Before creating your first gallery, remember to set up your account by clicking on your avatar at the bottom left:

• company data
• receive automated orders at the client's or photographer's address
• email configuration
• payment settings
• appearance

✨ Create a new gallery

You can create a gallery:

• from a shooting sheet in the CRM with the button + Create a gallery,
• in the galleries with the button + > Add a gallery

• in the Gallery menu with the button + ADD

🎨 Customize the appearance of the gallery

Go to the Appearance tab of your gallery:

• Theme: Choose a proposed theme or fully customize the colors, fonts, and borders.
• Cover: Add a cover image, a title, a welcome message, and set the colors.
• Spacing: Set the size of the photos and the spacing between them.

🛒 Add products and create catalogs

From the Products menu:

• Create digital products (e.g., JPG file downloads).
• Create physical products (prints, albums, canvases...).
• Organize your products into one or more catalogs.
• Associate a catalog with a gallery to activate sales.

⚙️ Configure included products

For each gallery, you can define which products are included by default (e.g., free downloads, specific formats).

This configuration allows certain products to be automatically offered without going through the cart, while still allowing the option to add other options for sale according to the associated catalog.
