Understanding and using the loyalty ranking
The loyalty leaderboard is a powerful tool to track your clients’ engagement and quickly identify your best ambassadors. It lets you see who your most loyal clients are, which rewards have been claimed, and how your clients are behaving with respect to the loyalty program you’ve implemented.
By using this leaderboard regularly, you can adjust your communication strategy, highlight specific offers, and reward those who contribute the most to your business. It’s an essential tool for turning loyalty into a real growth lever.
Where to find the leaderboard
To access the loyalty leaderboard, go to Contacts > Loyalty. You’ll find a comprehensive table giving you an overall view of your clients’ activity and allowing you to filter information for detailed analysis.

What you can see
The loyalty leaderboard shows several key pieces of information:
General statistics: number of active members, points distributed, referrals made, rewards unlocked.
This gives you an overview of your loyalty program’s performance and lets you quickly see which types of rewards work best.
Top 3 most loyal clients: you can immediately identify your best clients. This allows you to thank them personally, offer an exclusive gift, or simply track their progress for future campaigns.
Full leaderboard with filters: the table can be filtered by different criteria, which is very useful if you want to analyze specific segments:
- Minimum points: e.g., filter all clients who have reached more than 500 points.
- With or without referrals: to see which clients are recommending your services and which are not yet participating.
- With or without rewards: to identify who has already claimed their rewards and who still has points to spend.
- Search by name: handy for quickly finding a specific client and checking their status.
Most popular rewards: you can see which rewards are claimed most often. This helps you understand what really motivates your clients and adjust your offers if needed.
How to use this information
The loyalty leaderboard is more than just a table of numbers. It’s a strategic tool. Here are some practical uses:
- Identify your ambassadors: the clients at the top of the leaderboard are often those participating in referrals or spending regularly. You can contact them for VIP offers or special events.
- Adjust your program: if some rewards are never used, they may not be attractive enough.
- Prepare targeted campaigns: by filtering clients by points or activity, you can send personalized and relevant emails to boost engagement.
- Track progress over time: the leaderboard lets you see client evolution and measure the impact of your actions on their loyalty.
