What is a catalogue?

A catalogue allows you to present your offers in a clear and organized way, so your clients can easily navigate and discover your services or products. Fotostudio offers two main types of catalogues:


  • Service catalogue: for your sessions, packages, or services. You choose which services to display and how clients can interact. There are two versions:

-- Lead catalogue: helps you collect leads through a contact form. The booking is not automatically completed.

-- Sales catalogue: allows clients to book online, offer a gift card, or purchase a service directly, with or without a date.


  • Product/Options catalogue: to showcase your physical products (prints, albums, accessories) or add-ons to a service. It can be linked to a service catalogue or function as an independent online shop.


Creating multiple catalogues lets you organize your offers as needed – for example, one catalogue for all your sessions, another for Christmas mini-sessions, or a promotional one for special deals. This allows you to adapt your communication to the season or event and simplify the client experience.
