What is a workflow?

A workflow is a list of steps or tasks that you will have to carry out throughout your relationship with a client. From the first contact to the delivery of the final photos.

In Fotostudio, a workflow allows you to schedule automatic email sendings and add tasks to your calendar.

Once you have created your workflows, you can automatically apply them to all your shoots.

For example, you could schedule automatic emails of this type:
Automatic sending of a reminder email the day before the shoot
Automatic sending of the balance invoice on the day of the shoot
Automatic sending of a thank you email the day after the shoot
etc.

And for tasks:
Photo retouching task 5 days after the shoot
Task to publish photos on your website 20 days after the shoot
etc.
