What is self-promotion?
When one of your clients signs a contract online, before signing, we offer them a checkbox "I authorize the photographer to use the photos for self-promotion (website, social networks, ...)".
If the client checks this box, they thereby authorize you to publish the photos.
You can disable this checkbox or change the text it displays in the menu Settings > Modules > GDPR and Image Rights.
This checkbox is linked to the "Self-Promotion" section of each shooting file. If the client checks the box, it will display "Yes". This gives you a quick indication of the authorization the client gives you.
You also have the option to manually click on the "Yes/No" button in the "Self-Promotion" section of the shooting file.
