What should I do if my events in Fotostudio are no longer synchronized in Google Calendar?
It may happen that the connection between Fotostudio and Google is no longer correct and that all or some of your Fotostudio events are no longer synchronized in Google Calendar. Here's how to solve the problem.
Start by checking the connection
- In Fotostudio, check in the menu Settings > My Account > My Google Account that your Google account is well connected and that synchronization options are enabled.
- In the Calendar menu, click on the
Import > From Google
button.
- If your Google calendars do not appear in a pop-up: Move to the next section "Reconnection Procedure".
- If your Google calendars appear in a pop-up: Contact us via the chat at the bottom right so we can re-synchronize your Fotostudio calendar in Google.
Reconnection Procedure
- Go to Settings > My Account > My Google Account and click on the
Remove my Google account
button if your account is still connected. If it is no longer connected, proceed to the next step.
- Visit this Google page: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions (make sure you are on the right Google account via your avatar at the top right)
- Remove Fotostudio from the list of authorized applications (it may appear several times)
- Reconnect to Google in Fotostudio in Settings > My Account > My Google Account
Then wait about ten minutes. If the problem persists, you can delete your Fotostudio calendars IN Google and contact us via the chat at the bottom right so we can re-synchronize your Fotostudio calendar in Google.
