Why and how to activate online payment for invoices?

Offering your clients the option to pay your invoices online is a significant time saver for you. It avoids the need to constantly check your bank account to see if an invoice has been paid or not. Here, as soon as the payment is made, the invoice is marked as paid and an automatic thank-you email is sent to your client.

It also allows you to instantly know if a shoot is confirmed or not. No need to wait for payment and chase the client. They confirm their shoot and pay online, the shoot is booked in your calendar, and you have no more uncertainties.

The only downside to online payment is that payment platforms (Stripe, Mollie, and Paypal) charge a small commission for each transaction.
