# How to create a contact form?

To create a contact form, you need to go to [Settings > Modules > Contact Forms](https://www.fotostudio.io/app/lead_forms).

You can add fields (name, first name, message, etc.), customize the design (colors, fonts, etc.), configure settings, and retrieve a code to integrate it on your website.
