In Fotostudio, you have the possibility to create questionnaire templates.

# Why create a questionnaire template?

If you use questionnaires for your clients, you will probably want to reuse the same one multiple times. This is what the questionnaire template is for: you create it once and you can use it several times.

# How to create a questionnaire template?

To create a questionnaire template, you need to go to [Settings > Data > Questionnaire templates](https://www.fotostudio.io/app/surveys).

In a questionnaire, you will be able to add your questions, as well as define a title and a description.
