Why and how to merge two contacts?
In Fotostudio, you have the option to merge contacts.
It can happen that you end up with duplicate contacts and want to gather all the duplicate's information into a single contact. This is what contact merging is for.
Duplicate contacts can occur if you create two files for the same contact, or when a contact already registered in Fotostudio contacts you again via your contact form, for example.
In the file of the contact to be merged, you will find a Merge button at the bottom of the left column.
You will then be prompted to select from a list the contact with whom you wish to associate the data from the contact to be merged (close ones, shoots, appointments, emails, invoices, notes, and files).
All these data will be associated with the selected contact, and the file of the contact to be merged will be deleted.
This action is irreversible!
