Why and how to refer a photographer?

Would you like to introduce Fotostudio to a photographer and earn a free month? You can, thanks to the referral program!


You'll find the referral code to give to another photographer in My account > Referral. It's a code in the form "FSXXXX". The same page lists the users who signed up with your code.

The photographer who uses your code (before subscribing to a plan) gets 1 extra month of free trial, and if they subscribe to a paid plan, you earn a free month.


You can refer as many photographers as you like. Referral codes cannot be combined.


Share your kit with the photographers you refer


On the same page, you can build your kit: photographers who sign up with your code start with a copy of your workflows, questionnaires, contract templates and rights transfer templates, already installed on their account.


  1. Click Build my kit.
  2. Give your kit a name in "Kit name" and tick the items you want to share.
  3. Click Publish kit.


Each photographer gets their own copy and can edit it as they like. Once the kit is published, that version doesn't change.
