# Why can’t I buy SMS credit?

To purchase SMS credits, your account must meet the following conditions:  
1. Your account has been active for at least one week  
2. Have created at least 3 price lists  
3. Have created at least 3 sessions  

After that, you’ll be able to purchase SMS credits for your account in [Messaging > Settings > SMS Credits](https://www.fotostudio.io/app/mobile_messages/credit_amount) or [My Account > SMS Credits](https://www.fotostudio.io/app/mobile_messages/credit_amount).
