# Why can't I use all the email templates?

The _"fotostudio"_ email templates (marked in purple in the template list) are used by the platform and are linked to specific actions.

For example, the _"fotostudio"_ quotation sending template will always be used when you want to send a quote. You cannot manually send this template from a client's file because you would not be able to link the quote to this email.

To send this quote, you just need to use the `Actions > Send` button next to the quote.

The main thing to remember is that _"fotostudio"_ templates must be sent via specific buttons and not directly from the client file.
