Why does my workflow not appear in my shoot?

Tasks in the 2nd and 3rd columns of your workflow only display when the status of the shoot is changed to "Confirmed" and a date is set.

Reminder: A shoot is automatically confirmed as soon as a client signs a contract, or when you manually change the status of the shoot to "Confirmed".
