# Why does my workflow not appear in my shoot?

Tasks in the 2nd and 3rd columns of your workflow only display when the status of the shoot is changed to _"Confirmed"_ and a date is set.

Reminder: A shoot is automatically confirmed as soon as a client signs a contract, or when you manually change the status of the shoot to _"Confirmed"_.
