# Why was my email read many times?

Each time one of your emails is displayed by your client, a small invisible image is loaded, which allows us to consider the email as read, because it has been opened.

Some of your clients will open this email many times, without necessarily reading it. For example, if they delete the message above in their inbox, they come back to your email, and this counts as +1.

This number therefore represents the number of times the email has been displayed.
