# ¿Es posible que mi cliente haya recibido su cheque regalo sin pagar la factura?

**Esto no es posible**, si el cliente no paga su factura online al solicitar el cheque regalo.

Como fotógrafo, recibes el bono pero el cliente no recibe nada.

Serás tú quien envía el vale si lo deseas en [Módulos > Cheques regalo](https://www.fotostudio.io/app/vouchers?locale=fr) con el botón `Acciones > Enviar`.
